“An American in Paris” cast members to perform AIDS benefit concert December 4

FERNDALE—Cast members of the national touring production of An American In Paris (coming to Detroit November 28 – December 10 at the Detroit Opera House) will perform in a special concert to benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Ferndale’s Blessings in a Backpack.

“Detroit Concert for a Cure” takes place at 7 p.m. on Monday, December 4 at The Loving Touch, 22634 Woodward Avenue, Ferndale. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for the 18+ event.

Guests attending can support the cause as they enjoy an intimate evening featuring cabaret-style performances by cast members of An American in Paris, as they perform some of their favorite songs and familiar Broadway tunes. The evening, hosted by metro-Detroit’s own SABIN, will also feature live and silent auctions and cash bar.

Admission for the event is $25 in advance or at the door. All funds raised at the event will benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and Blessings for a Backpack.
