RE: The Comedy of Errors at Michigan Shakespeare Festival

I must say, I have read many reviews with this byline. It seems more and more that one should consider the opposite of this critic's opinion, as his knowledge of theater seems to be lacking. I attended this production and found it to be a charming, updated, funny and an overall pleasing show. I found the production values, although low budget, to be attractive, well designed and well built from scenery to costumes. I am not sure what festival the author of the review has been attending in years past, but this look far surpasses the barely there set of last year in every way.

I do however, agree that there are some wonderful acting moments and bits of physical comedy on this production and hope that other patrons of the arts in this area will take time to discover for themselves if this reviewer's opinion is really worth the data space it takes to store it.
