'Rush' to The Jewish Ensemble Theatre for $10 tickets to Two by Two

WEST BLOOMFIELD - The Jewish Ensemble Theatre Company is opening the New Year with $10 Rush tickets for the remaining eight performances of the musical Two by Two. Rush tickets go on sale one hour prior to performance time.

In this fresh retelling of the Biblical story of Noah, it seems that the building of the ark was only the first of Noah's many daunting challenges in a journey that isn't always smooth sailing. By turns inspirational and hilarious, we discover that being chosen by God for great things does not necessarily simplify the daily demands made of a father and husband. It is good fun from The Good Book and when the land has dried, man and beast alike are invited to go forth and prosper in a bright New World.

The performance schedule is as follows: Wednesday, Jan. 7 at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, Jan. 8 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Jan. 3 and Jan. 10 at 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.; and Sunday, Jan. 4 and Jan. 11 at 2 p.m.

JET performs in the Aaron DeRoy Theatre, 6600 West Maple Road in West Bloomfield (corner of Maple and Drake). Regular admission tickets range from $34 to $43 with discounts for seniors and students. There is ample free parking and handicap accessibility.
