FERNDALE—The Ringwald Theatre is no stranger to the world of parody. Ringwald will hop into a time machine and head back to the Catskills summer resorts of the 1960s as it continues its Summer Camp series with Dirty Prancing.

All students can now receive a $5 discount off normal ticket price on Friday and Saturday performances (available at the box office the day of the show with valid student ID). It’s 1963, Frank “Baby”, a sweet daddy’s boy, goes with his family to a resort in upstate New York’s Catskill Mountains. Despite what everyone around Baby wants him to have, Baby just wants Johnny, the camp’s sultry and sexy dance instructor. When their opposing cultures collide, Baby’s world will never be the same. Dirty Prancing features Miles Bond, Bailey Boudreau, Patrick JT Flanagan, Artun Kircali, Manning Goldman, Jake Rydell, and Mike Suchyta. Brandy Joe Plambeck takes writing and directing duties, with assistance from Dyan Bailey. Mike Suchyta also serves as choreographer.
Please note: Dirty Prancing contains adult language and situations.
