LITTLE-WOMEN-FLINT-YOUTH“We are delighted to bring this American literary classic to life. While the story is over 100 years old, the work of building resilience and the journey of self-discovery amidst societal and familial pressures awaits each new generation,” stated Carolyn M. Gillespie, director of Little Women. “FYT provides a setting where young people, facing these challenges anew, can be inspired and guided by those who’ve gone before them while making their own mark in the fabric of American history.”

In addition to ten shows for the general public, Flint Youth Theatre will have eight daytime performances of the production through its Learning Through Theatre program. Learning Through Theatre provides an opportunity for young students throughout mid-Michigan to experience live theatre and participate in a special workshop that ties the show into core curriculum topics. The general public is also welcome to purchase tickets for these shows.

Little Women is recommended for ages 10 and up. Tickets range in prices from $12-$18 and are available to purchase online atwww.thewhiting.com/tickets or at the door. Please call Flint Youth Theatre at 810-237-1530 for more information.
