Miller Auditorium’s 2018-2019 Broadway in West Michigan season will feature new production of ‘Phantom’
KALAMAZOO—Miller Auditorium has announced its 2018-19 Broadway in West Michigan Series. Headlining the series is a two-week engagement of the new production of The Phantom of the Opera from Feb. 6-17, 2019. Miller will also host Monty Pythos’s Spamalot, Cirque Dreams Holidaze and Beautiful–The Carole King Musical during the 2018-19 season.

Miller Auditorium’s 2018-19 Lake Michigan Mailers Spotlight Series events will be announced at a later date, along with single ticket on sale dates.
Renewing subscribers receive the first opportunity to keep their existing seats for orders placed by May 18. They may also add seats to 2018-19 Lake Michigan Mailers Spotlight Series events as soon as they are announced. Season ticket holders have the opportunity for monthly payment plans on orders turned in by June 29.
Monty Pythos’s Spamalot: November 9-11, 2018. This musical comedy, lovingly ripped off from the film classic “Monty Python and the Holy Grail” with a book by Eric Idle and music and lyrics by the Grammy Award winning team of Mr. Idle and John Du Prez, tells the tale of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table as they embark on their quest for the Holy Grail.
Cirque Dreams Holidaze: December 21-23, 2018. Created by Cirque Dreams founder Neil Goldberg, it features over 300 imaginative costumes, 20 acts, the finest singers, original music and seasonal favorites, as well as soaring acrobatics, gravity defying feats and extravagant theatrical production numbers.
The Phantom of the Opera: February 6-17, 2019. Cameron Mackintosh’s new production will come to Kalamazoo as part of a new North American Tour. The production, overseen by Matthew Bourne and Cameron Mackintosh, boasts many special effects including the show’s legendary chandelier.
Beautiful–The Carole King Musical: March 19-24, 2019. This musical tells the true story of King’s remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Along the way, she wrote the soundtrack to a generation.
