Rush tickets available for ‘Rent’ at The Fisher 1/8-1/17

DETROIT, MI, January 3, 2019  – Broadway In Detroit announced today that for all performances of RENT a limited number of main floor seats near the front of the theatre will be available for $20, day of performance only, at the Fisher Theatre box office. RENT, the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning musical, is appearing at Detroit’s Fisher Theatre, January 8 – 20, 2019.

The $20 tickets are limited to two tickets per person, cash only. The line to purchase these tickets may begin forming two and one-half hours prior to the performance time with ticket sales beginning two hours prior until all designated rush tickets have been sold.

Rush tickets to RENT do not include parking.

Performance times for RENT appearing January 8-20, 2019 at the Fisher Theatre, located at 3011 West Grand Blvd., in Detroit are:

  • Tuesday, January 8 performance at 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday – Saturday evening performance at 8:00 p.m.
  • Sunday evening performances at 7:30 p.m.
  • Saturday & Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, January 17 matinee at 1:00 p.m.
  • Special open captioned performance on Sunday, January 13 at 7:30 p.m.

Regular priced tickets for RENT start at $39 (includes facility and parking fees). Tickets can be purchased online at www.broadwayindetroit.com or www.ticketmaster.com, and by phone at 800-982-2787. Tickets can also be purchased at the Fisher Theatre box office.
